Our custom cookies start at $40/dozen for regular-size Custom Sugar Cookies. This includes 3 designs with up to 4 colors (includes white). Prices increase from the base price based on intricacy and number of designs, and number of colors, script/lettering, metallics, etc.
Mini-size cookies start at $25/dozen. This includes 3 designs with up to 4 colors (includes white). Prices increase from the base price based on intricacy and number of designs, and number of colors, script/lettering, metallic colors, etc. Minimum 2 dozen mini-size cookies per order, if ordered on their own. If you are adding minis to a regular regular-size cookie order, the minimum is 1 dozen (must be the same color scheme as your regular-size cookie order).
In a hurry? While we can't accommodate all last minute orders, we always make our best effort to do so. Orders placed with a turnaround time of under 14 days will require a rush fee of $20.
We will provide a quote for your order. After receiving your quote, it is your responsibility to confirm or pass within 24 hours. Upon confirmation, we will send you an invoice via Square with details of your order. A 50% deposit (non-refundable, transferable dependent on my availability) is due within 48 hours of receiving your invoice. If the deposit is not paid within 48 hours, your order will be canceled. If you encounter difficulty making the payment, please contact me. Final payment (remaining 50%) is due 1 week prior to your pick up date/event. You will receive an automated invoice reminder on the day the balance is due. Payment is due immediately and if not received within 48 hours of receipt of the invoice, your order will be canceled. Your deposit fee will not be refunded and will not be transferable to a different date.
Orders placed less than 2 weeks before the event date require 100% payment upon acceptance of your quote.
A deposit of 50% of your total due is required to secure your order. The deposit is required up front so that we can source your cute cutters, and perfect packaging. The deposit also secures your date on my baking calendar!
All orders are pick up only in Grand Island. The exact address will be included on your invoice, along with the pick up date and time window. You may send someone in your place, but please let me know who to expect. Please contact me if you are running late or need to change your pick up time. Not showing up to the agreed upon pick up time could forfeit your order. Delivery may be an option if you live within 25 miles of the pick up location with an additional fee of $20 - just ask!
Changes to cookie designs and quantities can be made until 14 days before your pick up and we will make every effort to accommodate your request. After that, all changes requested will be reviewed and if we are able to accommodate the request there may be an additional fee. Changes to your event date are subject to my availability. We will make every effort to accommodate and work with you to find an alternate date; however, if we are already booked we may not be able to accommodate your date change.
Each of my cookies comes individually wrapped and heat sealed to ensure maximum freshness. Each package is appropriately labeled with ingredients and lists known allergens. All custom orders are packed in bakery boxes for easier transport. If you would like your cookies wrapped as favors with twine or ribbons, there will be an additional charge ($12/dozen).
Once you pick up your cookies, keep 'em safe, keep 'em cool, and keep 'em away from direct sunlight! Please clear a flat surface in your vehicle to set the box(es) and/or bag(s) on. Floor of the vehicle is recommended in case you must stop quickly. Cookies are fragile and it is important to handle them with care! For longer term storage, place your cookies in an air-tight container and freeze them for up to 3 months. Please DO NOT put your sugar cookies in the refrigerator; too much moisture may cause the cookies to sweat and/or colors to run.
Thank you for sharing the inspirational photos you found! Keep in mind they're just that - inspiring. Your cookies will not be perfect replicas - we'll try to keep it close but an artist needs some leeway!! Copyrighted images (think Star Wars and Peppa Pig) are protected, and we won't be able to replicate them in baked goods. We can make a similar color palette though - so let's talk!
We realize that things happen. Refunds will be given for orders that are canceled more than 2 months prior to the event date. If you need to cancel an order, less than 2 months from your event date, your deposit payment will be transferable to an alternate date, subject to our availability. Your alternate date must be booked within 6 months of your canceled order. Orders canceled less than 2 weeks from your event, are not transferable to an alternate date and no refunds will be given.
Say cheese! If you do not want your cookies in the spotlight, please let me know at the time you place your order. Secrets are safe with me; we always post photos after your event!! Also feel free to tag us in your photos!
Baked goods are often made with foods that can be known allergens. While we can do our best to accommodate, we can't always accommodate allergy-conscious orders.

A copy of these Terms and Conditions will be attached to your invoice. Payment of your deposit/invoice indicates that you accept these terms and conditions as written.
